Salary: Estimated salary range for this position is between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
We are searching for an Employee Relations Consultant to champion our people-focused approach, enhancing trust, engagement, and collaboration across our sites, entities, and functions. As an ER Consultant, you will partner with leadership, collective representatives, and employees to create an inclusive, supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive our ER strategy alongside leadership and collective representatives.
  2. Champion EDI Strategy integration, shaping a diverse and welcoming culture.
  3. Lead consultations and negotiations with collective bargaining groups.
  4. Foster employee engagement and participation, strengthening workplace relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires expertise in UK Employment Law and exceptional relationship-building skills. You must also possess strategic insight and proactive, solution-driven thinking, as well as confidence in coaching, consulting, and guiding leaders to create positive change.
