Job Overview

The Breastfeeding Network is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to play a vital part in our organisation's management and support of people processes. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of HR processes and driving improvement across all areas of the employment lifecycle.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  3. Lead and manage HR projects to improve HR processes and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with partner agencies to maintain momentum, effective planning, and open communication.
  • Excellent understanding of wellbeing and protection for both children and adults.
  • Possess a professional qualification and experience from an appropriate sector, such as social work, law, human resources, or sports governance.
