About the Role

Currie & Brown is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our project management team in the Southampton office.

We are looking for exceptional graduates from all degree backgrounds who aspire to become project management leaders in a construction consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the management of projects from the outset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in the company's structured RICS APC programme, which provides training and support to achieve chartered surveyor status.

Training and Progression

We offer a comprehensive training programme, including:

  • Structured RICS APC programme with regular assessments and coaching.
  • Training sessions with an external APC coach.
  • Mentorship from an experienced colleague.
  • Quarterly assessments and coaching in soft skills.
  • Individual face-to-face and telephone support in the six months leading up to the final assessment.

Post-APC Programme Development

Once you gain chartership, you can join a formal development programme designed to move the focus of learning into areas of commerciality, leadership, and business development.
