Job Summary:

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Manager to join our expanding Project Management Team. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and supporting the delivery of multiple projects for our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project stakeholders, clients, and internal departments, to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree classification.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) minimum of 5 A* - C, including B Grades in Maths and English.
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Professional and ethical business approach.
  • Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to deadlines while forming effective relationships.
