Senior Children's Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to children and young people, including key working and daily living activities.
- Work in partnership with young people, their families, social workers, and other agencies to ensure their needs are met and their care plans are implemented.
- Coordinate and monitor care plans, ensuring that young people are prepared for transition to adulthood and greater independence.
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents.
- Perform administrative tasks and record-keeping associated with key working responsibilities and daily home operations.
- Support young people in developing their skills and confidence, promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and report incidents effectively.
- Provide daily care and support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household responsibilities.
- Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
- Level 3 CYPW or above qualification.
- Enhanced DBS check and update service.
- Ability to drive.
- Smart and agile to handle daily needs and activities of young people.
