Job Opportunity: Children's Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children's Support Workers at Arch Resourcing Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be working with young people who have various needs, including physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues, or other emotional or social needs.

You will be required to work ad hoc shifts on a rota basis with various shift patterns, including waking nights and sleep ins. The shifts are solely based on the client's daily requirements, so you need to be flexible and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young people with daily activities, such as attending appointments, helping with school work, and assisting with outdoor activities.
  • Carrying out handovers to other members of staff and maintaining accurate records.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children.
  • Ability to supply up to 5 years' referencing.
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo one.
