Business Transformation Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Transformation Assistant to join our team at Bytes Software Services. As a key member of our Business Transformation office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team to drive change and improve processes across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Transformation team, including document management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating workshops.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and track the progress of transformation projects.
- Support the Head of Business Transformation in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working in a corporate organization.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a project management or business transformation environment.
- Expert knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
