An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Transformation team at Bytes Software Services as an administrator.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving change and improving processes across the entire organisation.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide high-level administrative support to the Business Transformation team.
- To assist in preparing reports, presentations and conducting data analysis.
- To coordinate with various departments to gather information and track the progress of transformation projects.
- To maintain and update intranet content, project documentation and templates.
- To facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a corporate organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal language skills.
- Technical skills in MS Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience
