About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving change and improving processes across the entire organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-level administrative support to the Business Transformation team.
  • To assist in preparing reports, presentations and conducting data analysis.
  • To coordinate with various departments to gather information and track the progress of transformation projects.
  • To maintain and update intranet content, project documentation and templates.
  • To facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a corporate organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills.
  • Technical skills in MS Office applications.
Competencies:
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience
