Job Description
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrative Assistant to join our client's busy Legal Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide vital administration support to ensure the effective operation of the legal function.
Your main duties will include managing the team's shared mailbox, tracking requests, recording new enquiries, and updating internal departments on the progress of enquiries. You will also be responsible for collating information on each request received to ensure the legal team has the correct documentation needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries and direct them to the correct person
- Manage the team's shared mailbox and track requests
- Record new enquiries onto the daily worklists
- Collate information on each request received
- Update internal departments on the progress of enquiries
