Job Summary:
- Support the practice nursing team in delivering nursing services
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to provide treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Deliver and assist in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,816.00 to £24,336.00 per year, reflective of your skills and experience. Based on a 37-hour week, your estimated annual salary would be £23,576.00.
