Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families, aiming to optimize health, functionality, and independence.
  • Deliver clinical interventions through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, or patient education to support recovery, rehabilitation, and maintenance of physical and mental health.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and education to patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to enhance well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, staying up to date with the latest research, best practices, and clinical guidelines in your specialist field.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Allied Health (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Dietetics, or Podiatry) or equivalent professional qualification.
  2. Proven experience as an Allied Health Professional, with a track record of delivering high-quality care in clinical settings (specific experience may vary based on your specialty).
  3. Knowledge of evidence-based practices, healthcare policies, and relevant legislation.
