We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our Primary Care at Home team at the East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, while also contributing to the development of our services. Your salary will be approximately £55,000 per annum.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide urgent care to our patients. This will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior staff members, as well as contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities
