Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the practice nursing team in delivering high-quality nursing services and working within your scope of practice to provide care for entitled patients. You will also assist in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education.
