HR Advisor

We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert HR support across the UK region. This role will involve advising on local employment laws, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with both company policies and regional regulations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, culturally aware, and fluent in English. They will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to the UK.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations and work to resolve conflicts in a consistent and fair manner.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UK labor laws.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects specific to the UK.
- Monitor regional HR metrics and provide reports to the HR Manager and senior leadership.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records for the UK.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork, ensuring compliance with regional laws.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration for employees in UK.
- Employee Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the cultural and regional needs of the UK teams.
- Organise and participate in regional employee events and activities.
- Gather and analyse feedback from employees to propose improvements to HR processes and programs.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR advisory within the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
