Job Title: Insurance Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice to our clients on a range of insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and providing insurance solutions to meet their needs
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations
  • Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes
  • Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Engaging personal communication style
  • Positive attitude, resilient, adaptive, receptive, and articulate
  • Previous experience in sales or service
