Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and providing insurance solutions that meet their requirements
  • Ensuring calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Complying with all approved procedures and customer service standards
  • Handling customer complaints in a fair and transparent manner
Requirements:
  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Medical Malpractice
  • Previous experience in sales or service, with a background in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, and hospitality
