Key Responsibilities- Deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Process correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes and procedures.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and customer service standards.
- Identify and handle customer complaints in accordance with the company's complaints procedure.
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a background in medical malpractice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Previous experience in sales or service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
