Job Title: Senior Event Project Manager Pharma

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Project Manager to join our team at IMPACCT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients and all aspects of their projects from inception to reconciliation
  • Be equally as comfortable leading projects as you are being a member of a team on larger, complex projects both in the office and on site
  • Take responsibility on researching, sourcing and presenting ideas for event formats and venues
  • Prepare and fully manage project budgets and finances reporting back on these to the senior management team
  • Ensure best value for customers, negotiating contract terms and attrition keeping accurate records of these negotiations and producing project cost saving reports
  • Manage contracting for your own projects ensuring contracts are managed according to company guidelines and presented for completion and sign off by the senior management team
  • Understand and manage internal, supplier and HCP compliance for all projects
  • Prepare and manage project compliance reporting
  • Manage all aspects of project management including (but not limited too) all supplier management, booking travel and associated services, all delegate management, financial & budget management, project documentation and full event delivery
  • Develop strong supplier relationships with key partners and maintain these relationships by actively attending and encouraging team members to take part in supplier events
  • Create and manage events in Cvent and SpotMe, actively self-training in both as required
  • Be responsible and manage you own time, project timelines and client timelines
  • Ensure seamless delivery and attention to detail, of all projects, always
Requirements:
  • Minimum 25 days holiday a year + Public Holidays
  • Time off in Lieu for any weekend and public holidays worked
  • Death in Service Insurance and Bonus Scheme (as available)

  • Salary Range: £35 - £45K depending on experience
