Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering market-leading insurance solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound customer calls to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Ensuring calls are answered in a timely and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer experience and adhering to business standards.
  • Complying with approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies.
  • Identifying and handling customer complaints within the company's complaints procedure.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Medical Malpractice.
  • Previous experience in sales or service, with a background in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, and hospitality.
