We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering market-leading insurance solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Process correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies.
- Identify and handle customer complaints in accordance with our company's complaints procedure.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Medical Malpractice.
- Engaging personal communication style and previous experience in sales or service.
