Company Overview

Igloo, a global business specialising in the automotive, logistics & transport sectors, is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have ambition to succeed and experience in the industry to drive Igloo's business development across the UK.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 salary, with an uncapped bonus structure offering an estimated total earnings potential of up to £60,500 per annum.

Job Description:

  • New Business Generation: Identify and generate new business leads interested in Igloo's offerings, including vehicle solutions such as storage, pre-delivery inspections, body repairs, vehicle enhancements, and mechanical repair/recalls.
  • Business-to-Business Sales: Conduct sales interactions with key decision-makers to close new business deals and meet sales targets.
  • Liaison and Data Management: Effectively communicate with customers and manage data efficiently to support business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in business development within the automotive industry.
  • Automotive Rentals and Leasing: Familiarity with the automotive rentals and leasing sectors.
  • Travel and Licence: Possession of a full UK driving licence for client meetings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with confidence in face-to-face and phone-based interactions.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce software.
