Job Overview
Melbreck Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our wiring systems and lighting controls division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Midlands region.

About the Role
This is a fully remote position that requires autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be part of a close-knit team and will contribute to improving customer relationships, sales, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth within the wiring systems and lighting controls division
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Work closely with the internal sales team and other business development managers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication

Requirements
* A proven track record in a similar business development manager or area sales manager role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and remotely from home
