About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant with Recruit4Staff (Wrexham) Ltd., you will be part of a dynamic team that develops client portfolios through a mix of business development and new business sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing consultative approaches to support our clients in achieving their recruitment goals.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and networking through key businesses.
  • Collaborating with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.

About You:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with proven recruitment experience. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively is essential. A valid driving license is also required.

Industry Specialization:

Our ideal candidate has worked in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial disciplines.

Key Skills:

A strong understanding of recruitment principles, excellent PC skills, and the ability to record accurate data are necessary. Additionally, your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will help you build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure. You will enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule (8am-5:30pm), every 2nd Friday off, and 19 days' holiday (rising after two years of service) plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
