As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and interviewing top talent, building strong relationships with clients, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment management system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
