Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Chester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with local schools and heads of departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network and build strong relationships with local schools and heads of departments.
  • Partner with schools to understand their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
  • Develop a targeted research strategy to identify prospective supply staff.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and background checks.
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to schools.
  • Guide and facilitate the interview/placement process through to its completion.
