Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at New Appointment Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working to realistic telephone sales targets, you will enjoy developing sales opportunities from the current pipeline of small commercial prospects.
  • Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients, you will obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote.
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service, you will work on the CRM, update records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience.
  • Good MS Office key boards skills with CRM experience.
  • Persuasive and credible team player.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Own transport & full UK driving licence.
