**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Coordinator to join our Education and Engagement Team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional learning experiences for visitors, schools, and communities across the Yorkshire region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement engaging education programs, incorporating hands-on activities, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with our teams to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement, ensuring alignment with our company goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to visitor inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in education and engagement, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • A full driving license and proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Nature-based learning educational knowledge and background.

  • An estimated salary of £25,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
