The Teaching Assistant Leader position at Tweendykes School offers a unique opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant to take on a leadership role within our school community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring other teaching assistants to ensure the highest quality support for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning activities that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide exceptional support to teachers and students, ensuring seamless classroom operations.
  • Mentor and lead other teaching assistants to enhance their skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade A-C (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with or caring for children of a relevant age.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with colleagues and students.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
