- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Personal lived experience of substance misuse or mental health issues
- Completed treatment at least 12 months ago
- Knowledge and compassion around the issues affecting people who use drugs or alcohol
- Ability to work with diverse client groups and build trust
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under instruction as part of a team
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Other personal lived experience, such as homelessness or mental health
- Working or volunteering experience in a related field
- Understanding of developing activities and initiatives based on service user feedback
- Interpersonal communication skills, such as presentation or negotiating
- Proven experience of identifying problems and developing solutions
