About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supported Living Advisor to join our team at Grand Union Housing Group.

As a Supported Living Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel safe, supported, and empowered in their homes. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to customers, helping them to live independently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, helping them to manage their daily lives and make informed decisions.

  • Property Maintenance: Assist with property repairs and maintenance, ensuring that customers' homes are safe and well-maintained.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support provided.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a housing or care setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in a related field.
  • DBS: A valid DBS check is required for this role.
