Community Living Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Community Living Assistant to join our team in Great Holm, Milton Keynes. As a Support Worker at MacIntyre, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live independently and participate fully in community life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily tasks, such as personal care and household management.
- Encouraging participation in leisure activities, social events, and community engagement.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
Requirements:
- Manual driving license and own transport.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
