Caregiver for Independent Living

We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Live-in Care Assistants. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you'll be living with one of our customers or a couple to provide personalized care and support.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Live-in Care Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with medication administration and manual handling using equipment where required.
- Promoting customer health and well-being by enabling them to live their life to the full.
- Supporting with household chores, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Accompanying customers on social outings and offering companionship.
Some previous care experience is essential for this role. However, we match our Live-in Care Assistants with our customers to ensure you get along. We're looking for naturally compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for each of our customers as if they were their own family.

We offer competitive rates of £800-£875 per week, enhanced rates for Bank Holidays, and mileage allowance for those who use their own vehicle. You'll also have access to regular contact with your supervisor, ongoing training and support, and a clearly defined schedule of working time vs downtime during each day.
Our benefits package includes 28 paid holiday days, three meals a day or an allowance from the customer, and a separate room to stay with access to a TV and Wi-Fi.
