Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring they receive a warm welcome.
  2. Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and presentable environment.
  3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  4. Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth operations.
  5. Maintain health and safety standards, removing risk slips and trips.
  6. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Requirements:
  1. Previous reception and front of house experience.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Organised and detail-oriented.

Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £22, equating to £25,000 - £27,000 full time equivalent.
