Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pub Operations Supervisor to join our management team at Hungry Horse. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pubs, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and drink offerings
  • Implement effective operational systems to drive efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and quality control checks

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive annual salary of £26,000 - £31,000, based on experience
