About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious General Manager to lead our successful gastro pub business in Cambridgeshire. As the key holder, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including food quality, staff management, and financial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage with customers and build brand awareness
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and products

Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a General Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry
