Hospitality Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Old Bridge, a vibrant 18th-century inn located on the banks of the River Great Ouse. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
About the Role:
- Lead by example, supervising and coordinating daily front-of-house operations
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food services and excellent guest experience
- Maintain accurate financial transactions, including cash handling and stock management
- Report any concerns or issues to the Assistant/General Manager
- Contribute to a positive company ethos and expand knowledge of the hospitality industry
