About the Role: We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will come from a Chef background and have extensive knowledge of Food Safety.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing delicious food to the highest standards and supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we deliver truly incredible food experiences. In return, they'll have the opportunity to progress their catering career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond the plate.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and can confidently lead and give quality training, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Experience in cooking and preparing food.
  • Proven ability to run a kitchen and deliver food to a high standard.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to train a team.
  • Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including occasional weekends.
