Culinary Operations Manager

Compass Group UK&I seeks an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the exceptional standard of delivery and expectations at each site within a 50-mile radius of Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have previous chef manager background, experience in a management role, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee culinary operations across multiple sites
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Previous chef manager background required
  • Experience in a management role

  • Ability to travel as part of the role
  • Must have a driving licence due to the nature of the role
