We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team as a key member of the Culinary Support Team in the Cambridge region. This role involves providing culinary support across various locations, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead by example and drive excellence in food service delivery. As a Culinary Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Culinary Support Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality food offerings
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,763 per annum, plus benefits including a guaranteed company car (electric vehicle) and a 5-over-7 shift pattern. National travel may be required, but the primary working area will be within a 50-mile radius of Cambridge.
