Job Description
  • Maintain accurate client database records and update individual member information as needed.
  • Process bulk updates and produce reports using data files, ensuring complete and accurate verification processes.
  • Communicate effectively with scheme members and clients, handling day-to-day telephone enquiries.
Requirements
  • Prior office experience is beneficial but not essential for this role.
  • You'll possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A competitive salary range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum reflects your value to our team.
