**Job Description:** Volunteer Services Development Manager

The Chester Voluntary Action is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Volunteer Services Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes to engage volunteers, build relationships with local stakeholders, and enhance the overall volunteer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing programmes to engage volunteers
  • Building relationships with local stakeholders
  • Enhancing the overall volunteer experience
  • Liaising with staff to develop new initiatives

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager, Café Manager, and Events Manager to manage the existing volunteer programme and review additional opportunities.

Salary Information:

We are offering an estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, which reflects the skills and qualifications required for this role.
