Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing our volunteer programme, which includes recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers. The Coordinator will also support volunteers to find suitable activities and contribute to their personal development. In addition, they will liaise with staff to develop new activities and apply for funding.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain volunteers.
  • Train and support volunteers in their roles.
  • Work with staff to develop new activities and apply for funding.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
