About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Manager to join our dedicated People team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering our Reward proposition and related activities in line with our People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert on reward regulation matters and ensure all related Policies and Standards are compliant.
  • Support the Remuneration Committee, including preparation of agendas, reports, and maintenance and monitoring of work plans and action schedules.
  • Support the review and design of fair reward propositions, including variable remuneration schemes.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £60,000-£80,000 based on industry standards and location.
