**About the Role:**

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized retirement benefits administrator to join our team. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for servicing both member and client queries related to DB and some DC pension schemes.

  • Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure all service level agreements and performance standards are met.
  • Assist with complex project work, including complaints handling.

Experience in administrating occupational pension schemes is essential for this role. You will also need to possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in using computers.

**Compensation:** The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000 - £50,000, depending on location and experience.
