Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing occupational pension schemes, handling new joiners, leavers, and retirees, and calculating renewals and member contributions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients/members via various channels, including telephone, letter, and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure quality experiences for clients/members
  • Recognize and escalate potential problems and complaint cases, adhering to the complaints procedure and notifying Senior Administrators
  • Perform manual calculations accurately and assist the team in complex/project work
  • Deliver an efficient, professional service that meets all client/members' needs

Requirements
  • Previous experience in DB or DC pensions administration is essential
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
