About the Role

We are seeking an experienced D365BC Consultant to join our team at Conspicuous, a leading business solutions provider. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering expert consultancy services to our clients, guiding them through the effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and associated add-ons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and Implementation: Deliver expert consultancy sessions, conducting system walkthroughs, identifying opportunities for functionality enhancements, and troubleshooting client software concerns on-site across the UK.
  • Project Management: Manage project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations meet client expectations.
  • Training and Support: Provide clear and impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery, exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Background in Finance: A background in finance (AAT Level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Significant experience in supporting, configuring, and implementing Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
