About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Enhanced Support Team in Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with mental health conditions in our inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients, visitors, and relatives to the clinical area, providing assistance, support, and information where required.
  • Communicate effectively with the nursing team, multi-disciplinary team, and other departments to ensure patient care is well-planned and coordinated.
  • Report and record incidents, accidents, and complaints using the trust's systems.
  • Use trust systems, such as System One and ICE, as required by the clinical area.
Requirements
  • Education to GCSE level grade 5 in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Must hold a UK driving license and have access to a car for work use.
  • Care Certificate and/or equivalent healthcare experience.
