About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Enhanced Support Team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inpatient teams in geographical locations across Norfolk, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Accurately and promptly carry out instructions from Registered Nurses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues, using active listening skills and empathy to build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to the handover of patient care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to trust policies.
  • Report and record incidents, accidents, and complaints using trust systems, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Education to GCSE level grade 5 in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
  • Care Certificate or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Care/Health and Social Care (desirable).
