At Portfolio HR & Reward, we are committed to providing our employees with comprehensive benefits packages that support their physical, financial and emotional well-being. We are currently seeking a skilled Compensation, Benefits and Pensions Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of benefits professionals, actuaries and stakeholders to design and implement benefits plans, programs and policies across the EMEA Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the governance and management of legacy international pension plans based offshore, collaborating with Trustees and Tax advisors to ensure compliance, governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance routines for benefit programs
  • Partner with EMEA HR Generalists and stakeholders to design and govern benefits
  • Oversee the governance and management of legacy international pension plans
  • Collaborate with Trustee and Tax advisors to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Work with wider Benefits and Pensions leads to ensure effective coverage of host country benefits

Requirements:

  • Strong background in compensation, benefits and pensions, with a focus on governance and risk management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly numerate and analytical with experience in Excel and other software tools
  • Confidence in consulting with senior partners and delivering complex benefits solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
