Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at WGC Ltd. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with experience in housekeeping operations to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team in the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department, including checking rooms, improving productivity, and analyzing guest data. They will also be expected to maintain strong working relationships with the GM, Hotel Team, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team in the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department
  • Check rooms per company standard
  • Work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning
  • Analyze guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements
  • Maintain strong working relationships with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team, and suppliers
  • Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Policy, keep all work areas neat and well organized COSHH/Manual Handling
  • Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly
  • Deliver and exceed financial targets
  • Manage expenditure and payroll to ensure budgets are achieved
  • Participate in training to improve skills and performance
  • Solve routine challenges that occur on the job

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a housekeeping environment, delivering a consistent level of service in a challenging environment, and a desire to join a business that offers exceptional development and potential to progress. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
